In our exclusive Riverside Enclosure at Henley Regatta, we proudly present a four-course menu designed especially for our VIP guests — a true celebration of exceptional food and impeccable taste. CHAMPAGNE, PIMM’S AND CANAPÉ RECEPTION

Smoked Chicken with Mango, chilli & mayonnaise on toasted ficelle

Peking duck with pickled cucumber, plum sauce on wonton crisp

Thai fish cake with sesame, lime & chilli sauce Smoked mozzarella arancini with saffron cream (V)

Salmon rillettes with pickled apple, fennel & kohlrabi slaw, preserved lemon & toasted focaccia

Braised beef tian with celeriac mash, red pepper parsley salsa, hispi cabbage & red wine jus

Twice-baked Montgomery cheddar soufflé with tomato & chilli chutney jam, parmesan cream, cauliflower, spring greens & chive oil (V)

Lemon tart with raspberry coulis & crème fraiche, macaroon
